At WonderLab Kids, we want you to feel confident when shopping for your child’s favorite playtime companions. That’s why we offer a 90-day return or replacement policy on eligible orders.
Return Eligibility
You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned to our warehouse with a valid tracking number.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- The item must be returned only after your return request has been approved by our support team.
Please note: Items sent to intermediary shipping facilities or returned without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Fees
Return shipping fees depend on the reason for the return.
If the return is requested by the customer, such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer wanting the product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The final cost will depend on the courier or shipping provider you choose.
If the return is due to an issue on our side, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you will not be responsible for the return shipping fee. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return label by email.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at support@wonderlabkids.info with your order details and reason for the return.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you return instructions.
Important: Items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, not working properly, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@wonderlabkids.info.
We’ll review the issue and, when approved, send you a replacement as quickly as possible. In many cases, a replacement is faster and easier than processing a full return.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of being placed.
After this window, your order may already be processed in our fulfillment system and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received, please allow up to 7 days for inspection.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still have not received it, please contact us at support@wonderlabkids.info.
