Order Changes & Cancellations
At WonderLab Kids, we understand that mistakes can happen after placing an order. You may need to update a shipping address, change contact information, adjust an order detail, or request a cancellation.
If something needs to be changed, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will do our best to help before your order is processed and prepared for shipment.
Because we begin processing orders quickly, order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been placed. Once your order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes.
When to Contact Us
Please contact us immediately if you need help with any of the following:
- Correcting a shipping address
- Updating your name, email address, or phone number
- Cancelling an order before it has been processed
- Checking if your order can still be changed
- Fixing an accidental order detail
- Confirming your order information before shipment

Order Changes
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update certain details for you.

Please review your shipping information carefully at checkout. WonderLab Kids is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Shipping Address Changes
If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us right away.
Please include the correct full shipping address in your message so our support team can review your request faster.
Your corrected address should include:
- Full name
- Street address
- Apartment, unit, or building number if applicable
- City
- State or province
- Postal or ZIP code
- Country
- Phone number if needed for delivery
If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address. In that case, you may need to contact the shipping carrier directly once tracking information becomes available.
Order Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We can only cancel an order if it has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped. Once an order is already in the fulfillment stage, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may need to wait for the order to arrive and follow our return process if your item is eligible under our return policy.
Orders Already Shipped
Once your order has been shipped, WonderLab Kids can no longer edit, cancel, or stop the shipment.
After shipment, you will need to wait for the package to be delivered. If you still need help after receiving your order, please contact our support team and we will guide you based on your situation.
For shipped orders, we may be able to help with:
- Tracking updates
- Delivery questions
- Return instructions if eligible
- Damaged or incorrect item concerns
- Missing package guidance
Incorrect Order Details
If you notice an issue with your order confirmation, please contact us immediately.
This may include:
- Wrong item selected
- Wrong quantity
- Incorrect shipping address
- Incorrect email address
- Missing apartment or unit number
- Typing mistake in customer details
We will review your request and let you know whether the order can still be updated.

Important Notes
Submitting a request does not automatically mean the order has been changed or cancelled. Your order is only changed or cancelled once our support team confirms it.
If your order is already being processed or has already shipped, we may not be able to complete your request.
